Seems I am staying where I am cuz there is a loooooong waiting list at BCIT

Loial and I have bandied about the idea of moving to a larger place across the Fraser if we can help it. However, I'd need to know a few things first;

- Do you have a steady job?
- Do you smoke indoors? I can't be around high concentrations of smoke, and don't like my things smelling like it.
- Can you tolerate room-mates who are more family-like? We're very communal about food, and tend to cook shared meals, share grocery loads and so on. We're also quite sociable, and open. IE: Otters don't care if one or both otters are naked, and yes, we'll wander around the house like that.
- Do you mind slightly disorganized, highly geeky room-mates/live-in mad scientists? Last I left Loial earlier today, he was printing a birthday-cake sized plastic model. Yes, printing. No, not in sheets. The model. Whole. With a homebuilt robot.

Our own tolerance for rent/utilities is in the $600/mo range, and we'd be seeking a 3 bedroom type place, not wanting another room-mate in our current setup.
