i really hate GW2 now.    game is decent enough   but ive had a few major problems   one of which was account hacked and everything not nailed down was sold and taken.   mostly that the Guild Wars 2 support team is probably the worst i have seen      out of the 5 tickets i have submited for support not 1 has actually been read,  they reply to it based entirely on the title of the ticket.       

when i logged in after getting hacked first thing i did which is the most basic first step of it  was change my password    then submit a ticket explaining and asking what can be done.  they took about 7 days to get back with asking for my account info and email so i can log back in.......  then another 5-6 to change my password on me  and that was it.....
