Greetings to all!

A lot of you have met me once or multiple times at Rens' place for the shot party and most recently his birthday.  So far everyone I met has been very easy to get along with, I think Ren has a talent
for picking who gets in the door and who doesn't.  Hopefully that continues to include me.  8)  Feel free to dogpile on me with buddy requests.  I look forward to many more chances to get to know people!

As for me, I am Kurohyou Akuma - which is distinctly the Japanese Black Panther variety.  They are unique in that while there are normal Black Panthers in Japan, the Kurohyou Akuma breed is about twice the size, so instead of a lean fast predator, you encounter one the size of a Lion or a Tiger that is just at the peak of his harem. Still waiting on that part though!   Akuma means Demon/Devil.
My first Panther suit didn't fit the look, so I gifted it to a friend (and regret that) and I'm on a long slow adventure of creating a whole new one.

Let's see, trivia about me.  Obviously from the real picture of me in my profile, I'm a Harley Rider.  I'm bisexual (but BYESEXUAL if you're FUGLY lol) ocassionally wander into the BDSM scene.  Dominant, period.
I love music of all types enough to call my taste chaotic.  It could be Deep Purple or Captain Caveman, or Marianas Trench or Art of Dying.  Or even some DJ Tiesto etc.

I'm a genuine (Japanese) trained Nidan in Seizan Buddhist Kenpo.  The one most important part of Seizan Buddhism is that we are peaceful and don't fight unless attacked. That means I'm a second degree black belt, plus I've trained for two years at Bushido (The way of the sword) and weapon combat (Katana, Wazikashi, Bo Staff, Jo Sticks, Nunchaku, Tanto, Throwing Knives) and Chado (The Art of The Tea Ceremony) and I speak a fair amount of Japanese.

When I'm not the walking wounded (disabled by an injury on the job) I'm a Fight Choreographer and Stuntman Fight Trainer for TV/Film in the BC local area.

If I come off as intense or aggressive towards you, the easiest way to disperse that feeling is a hug.  I GIVE HUGS and I cannot deny!

It's good to be part of this board and the many delightful people I have met and perhaps will meet in the future!

Welcome to the forums Blade, great you were able to join us. Of course the name made my remember this movie.

Quite impressive introduction you got here, thank you for sharing. Ren's events are quite monumental, I will keep an eye when he will host another event (too sad he cancelled the pre-sushi gathering for the moment).

Concluding your taste of music runs into rock and techno (listening to a few tracks by Tiesto in the past), wonder whether you have pop or new age on your playlist as well.

See you around panther.

If you went to school in a hovel redneck portion of Surrey BC called Cloverdale, it is entirely possible!

Thank you for the welcome and about my introduction.  I gritted my teeth while trying to be as open about myself without sounding like I'm bragging.  I work with people who have way more abilities and achievements than myself, so it is as humble as can be with a little edge to it.

Good lord, I worked on all three of them.  I can't tell anecdotes on a relatively open board due to public relations issues..  But UGH..  Thanks for the horrible flashback.  :P

Yes, when it comes to music I'm all over the place.  It could be (playlist_random!) Adele, Rufus Wainwright, Rhianna, Anberlin, Sherwood, The Verve, Three Days Grace, Sum 41, Shakira, Usher, The Divine Comedy, Tegan and Sara, Ani Difranco, Loreena McKennit, The Prodigy, Lenny Kravitz, Third Eye Blind, Jann Arden, Katy Perry, *some* Avril Lavigne, David Guetta, Flo Rida, Pink, Neon Trees, Maroon 5...  (playlist_stop)   Phew, how's that for some chaos?  No Lady Gaga please.  I have GagaPhobia.

Indeed, it was a pleasant accident of sorts, I was out back with Marfles, and he dragged me along and it went from just being Rens' neighbour (same building, but he's moved now) socializing with the outside crew to
holy frak I'm now in the birthday crowd.  ;)

It was nice meeting you as well. :)
