Thanks. It's a pretty sweet place, we've kind of unofficially adopted the term "Double bachelor pad" and it works -really- well as such, considering me and mine are -always- in our own area unless we're in the kitchen, so.

I'm definitely interested.  I'm in Kamloops right now and I want to move to Victoria ASAP.  I really dislike the climate here and Victoria is such a charming city.

I would like to take the room right away.  I'm quiet and keep to myself, I would probably spend my time at home in my bedroom and fixing the odd meal in the kitchen.  I've been a security guard for the past six years.

I even have a Dirt Devil wet/dry vac I can share.

I'm not a smoker, I don't smoke pot or do any drugs.  Sometimes I drink a bit, but usually just a few glasses of wine or a highball or two, but I don't have to if you don't want any alcohol around at all.  My heavy drinking days are long behind me.  I'm looking for a nice peaceful place to get settled in.
