LSI Logic dual channel ULTRA 320 SCSI RAID controller (Offers)

Hi all -- I have been doing some server tinkering and have ended up with an extra RAID controller.  

It's an LSI Logic LSI22320 (-hp) ULTRA 320 SCSI Dual Channel RAID controller -- PCI-X model.

I'm looking for a SATA RAID controller.   so I was figuring about $60 for this, but I'm open to offers.
