So it was bound to happen again thinking I was over it so quickly, but I experienced a relapse and am back down to be drowning my throat in tea with honey and shots of lemon including cough drops along with Echinacea. Basically attempting with the whole resistance to kill the Dark Force again.
In order to increase the Get-A-Lot-of-Rest Alliance I will need to lock myself in  Jacuzzi or sauna (Tatooine, here I come!). Can anyone one recommend a swimming pool that offers sauna and/or Jacuzzi in the Vancouver area? Even smaller location in the city is an option (wait, did I say bath houses...?). I appreciate your input and suggestion, stay warm and dry.

Stay tuned for the next episode: Return of the Riccola

Should try this multi vitamen called airborn you can find it at the shoppers drug mart. $10 for about 10 doses, I found it helped me get better quicker.

I've always been told to never look a life behind a window to go outside and join the world, but what about the world behind that window makes the outside so much better?

Whiskey.

Alcohol kills germs right? And you have germs in your throat...

Steamworks at 123 w. Pender street has a wet and dry sauna as well as a hottub. It's also the best bathhouse in lower mainland.

Thank you, it's part of the ammo I use to drown da Dark Side. This and many treatment to fight this sucker.

QuoteWhat do you have a sore throat, a cold, strep?

A common cold, nothing out of the ordinary, which gets treated with lotso tea and rest, but never hurts to go a step further.

'xcept I don't drink alcohol  :P some can attest to that.

Was thinking about that, though on a weekend they have more going on. Though what is the advantage of a small bath house over a public facility that has also sauna and jacuzzi?
Okay, fewer people is one argument.
