This guy is one of the best fitness experts I've ever seen.  His site is so chock-full of useful information and demonstrations that I was actually blown away by how comprehensive his advice is.  He teaches you how to, not only get in shape, but get totally ripped without having to ever set foot in a gym or buy expensive equipment.  His meal plans are fantastic, as well.

For anyone wanting to pull a few pounds off, or for anyone wanting to pack on some muscle, this is definitely worth a gander.

I hit the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours at a time 4 times a week for 1.5 hrs at a time, so I can offer a bit of my own personal tips that work for me, but I can seriously tell you that I'm not doing anything that you wouldn't be able to find on this guy's website.  Losing weight and building muscle requires a lot of hard work, no matter which way you look at it.  There is no magical solution, no drug or supplement that will just make you burn it off without jogging at LEAST 20 minutes a week.  You need to sweat, pant, and probably hate life for a minimum period of time each week, but let me tell you: It's fucking worth it. =)

This is cool, I'm looking forward to checking this out.

I always tend to put on a few this time of the year with not working my seasonal job (The park job in the summer usually slims me down quite a bit X3), so I need something to help with staying active during the winter. Thanks for posting! :3

By the way: if anyone in Chilliwack wants a workout buddy 2 nights a week, definitely let me know!  I can offer you tips for your workout, help with spotting, diet advice, and give you the positive encouragement you need to lose weight and/or build muscle.

Ya whats a good distance to walk in one go? i can go like 10km on a weird road that goes every witch way up,down,side to side. got scary far from home on that one, it started getting dark on the way home. and shit gets scary in the forest when its dark. always lookin back and swear there was some there.GOD I HATE THAT! o total of 20km WOOOHOOOO!

Finally, a threat that is about fitness X3, yeah scooby is pretty good. Another would be Steve Turano- He has blogtalkradio and of course his own website. www.bodyperformancetv.com or so fourth, been going through his stuff for along time. Been doing this for many of years and all I can say it was totally worth shredding off the fatness I had on me. If anyone wants to hit a gym I am already hitting one with Uni and marfles and wouldn't mind someone else tagging along, of course..you have to leave your house !! But like I said. always good to have a crew!! 8)
