Hey guys I am looking for  artists or someone who knows a artist that is looking for commissions and can do a duck. I can only pay over email deposit cuz my bank is dumb. I will have reference pics of my friend that I want to get this for, and those are pics of the actual guy not art. I am looking to spend max $40. Thanks  :-3 :-3 :-3 ;D
