I don't really like some of the pokemon they added later, so my favorites are still mainly from first gen. Mew, Articuno, and Ninetails are my favorites.

Quilava, Arcanine, Floatzel, and probobly Eevee / Eveelutions . Runners up would have to be... Mightyena, Garchomp, and Ninetails.

Iunno if my picks are terribly stereotypical or anything... I'd just kill to have any of them as a pet.

...The Garchomp would cost a ton to feed though im guessing.

Before I had a crash course on fourth generation from Gold most of my knowledge came from first generation, and some second as I watched a tiny bit of the start of Jhotto before I stopped watching the show. So, most of my favourites are earlier generation Pokemon.

I think my two top favourites are Charizard and Lugia, with Rayquasa near the top as well. As a kid I also liked Machoke a lot but I didn't know why, and now I know it's because muscle=hot ^.=.^

Despite being a dragon lover I actually don't like some of the dragon Pokemon, Dragonite being a prime example. His wings are just too tiny...

My favorites are Scyther, Nidoking, Aggron, Blastoise, and Feraligator. I like the big monstery type Pokemon! (with the exception of Scyther, I just think they're badasses)
