Edit: Before anyone asks, no, it was not intentionally aimed at me, it was part of a little impromptu fireworks display a pair of complete morons decided to set off on the adjacent lot, and when I went out to ask them what the hell they thought they were doing setting off fireworks not 50 feet from suites at 10, I ran away to investigate what I thought was a fire started by another partial-dud, when another late-burster hit me in the back of the head from above. Bounced away, I saw sparks whizz past me from behind, and I'm very thankful that it didn't either snag in my hair or clothes, or go off on impact.

Gnaaaah!

Edit the second: Yes, I called the cops and made a full report. No, the cops didn't show up for an hour. The assholes were long gone by the time the cops rolled by.

considering you live DIRECTLY across the street from a police station ?!?!?!
Perhaps if you lived next to a Tim Hortons, you would have gotten better response time?

Yeah, vic isn't really the most youth friendly place as far as affordability goes.

Ugh. I wrote on the whiteboard that I found food waste in the garbage yet again. In case you don't do the 'green bin' system, starting this month where I live, food waste must be placed in its own container in special compostable bags. Recycling still goes in its regular bag and the rest goes in the garbage. Now, food waste is collected every week, but garbage and recycling are picked up on alternating weeks. We MUST keep the garbage down since it only picked up every two weeks now.

I just went to get some water and one of my roommates has written: "I don't half [sic] to do the garbage!" ... Well, no, you don't have to take it to the curb or buy extra container tags if we need them since I said I would... but it is NOT my job to pick through the garbage every day and separate out the food waste. That is DISGUSTING.

I live with CHILDREN! Honestly!!!!!

Bah, I have a similar garbage problem with my roommates a couple of days ago. Wherever the heck happened to "If you ___ it, you clean it?" The kitchen was filthed up, and flies were bloody everywhere.

Well at least it's all done and clean for now.

Oh no! Well Howloween is a bummer to miss, but there will guarantee be lots of other events for you to attend over the next year. Kaji even got the fur meets going again! Most events are on the weekends so school shouldn't be too much of an obstacle to schedule around.

Of course I don't know of all the circumstances that would make it impossible for you to not attend any events for a whole year. For all I know your grounded for a year for some ominous and inexplicable reason.

edit: Gah! I'm sorry! I didn't realize when I said that that you live way out past Chilliwack where it's harder to get to events. I just kinda assumed you lived closer to Vancouver then that :-[

And yeah... there's nothing in the immediate vicinity, and I doubt there ever will be :/
Unless furs magically move out here X3
I think I'm the only fur on my town~ 3:
-shrugs- I guess I'll have to wait 'til I'sh 18/20 before I can DO anything -sighs- >.<

I'm hoping, since it's BC and all, that I can meet a fur or a few, though~ :3
And finally have a friend that's not a million miles away XP

I have to admit, you and me are in the same boat. I believe I'm the only fur up here in Whistler.

Complaint: I gave my resume to few places, and it seems there isn't to much for work till there next hiring in November....F••KEN EH!!

...and my lack of friends made my social skills.... I can't say degenerate, since I never had any X3

-giggles- I'm tooo tiiimiiiid~ >.< -complains about it- I can't make friends if I'm timid, and I can't work on being less timid with no friends .w.

@Matt - Ahwrr.... At least you might be able to get some work in November~? I'm deffy not getting anything 'til March, at best :/
