where to buy short-haired faux fur?

anyone know of any good places?

I usually go to Dressew, they have a huge selection of faux fur. :3

They have both long and short faux fur in two seperate sections

yeah, i've been to dressew, but they don't have the colours i'm looking for, or the right fabric. I found it online; minky. lol I'll have to check fabric land i think. Its soooo soooooft. <3

You can give fabricland a try...that's where I got the
fur for the suit that I made for myself.

But then again, some stores may have better stuff
...just a suggestion

local preferably. I'm sure I can find it online easy enough, but I dont have a credit card, and I hate using paypal to pay for things. it's so.. inconvenient.

What I did for short faux fur was go to Zellers and pick up a blanket. They have really soft double-sided microfibre blankets, but the pile is SUPER short.

Dressew does have minky, but only a few flavours to choose from, same with Fabric Land. Have you tried Fabricana?

Fabricana i have not tried yet. and the minky blankets are too expensive to just cut up. All my sewing projects are on hold indefinitely anyway, D:

ever used a prepaid creditcard? you put money on it till it runs out, similar to a giftcard.  I do it all the time very helpful with online transactions plus noway to trace who you are.
