Started my week off from work in a good way, finishing third out of 60 players in a casino poker tournament and earning $180 for my $30 investment. Hopefully that bodes well for my other goals of getting a bunch of fiction writing done, and finding a beach to sprawl out on for a while, and otherwise not doing much of anything. *g*

I finally got around to renewing my learner's license. I passed the knowledge test, yays. This time I WILL take the road test before my L expires... >.< And pass!

managed to get Jesters new glasses for $15. thank you clearly contacts. I'm going to use the rest of the money I had set aside for them to buy me some pizza so I dont have to cook. :3 yay.

:D Clearly Contacts is pretty awesome. I got a second pair of glasses for FREE last year. I had to pay shipping though... They were having a giveaway promotion and when they announced my city, I just picked what I wanted and since I got in before the offer expired, it was totally free.

My family has been gone this past week to visit the ubc campus in Kelowna. Today they came back and my mom brought me a whole bag of apricots because she knows I love them so much. :)

Okay, so there's this little girl who was a former pageant princess/brat, who was on ET and was asked who her role model was (or who she adored) and she said Selena Gomez. Right after she said that, the interviewer mentioned Justin Bieber, Selena's boyfriend, and immediately Eden responded with "I hate him. I don't like his singing or his haire." I was like "LOL! I love that little girl. XD" I do X'D she sure is something to be proud of :D
