im not sure what cosplay i would look good in, but i could be Chad from Bleach if I cut my hair short *Shudders at thought of short hair*
i think though i will end up cosplaying a Seme from a Shounen Ai like Princess Princess, Gravitation, or Kyo Kara Maoh. i could pull it off with my height.

I think she like has a special slot underneath the tail, so she can slip her feet out and walk around.
I could be wrong tho. :l
