Help Hex for Let's Play!!! Er... Please!

Okay... so I've decided I'm going to do Condemned: Criminal Origins for my next Let's Play. It's freaky, you're mostly relying on improvised melee weapons, you're fighting the most twisted looking crack addicted homeless people I've seen, and the entire game is set in run-down derelict crack-dens and other places you'd expect to get raped in. I'm-a scream like a girl playing this! We must get this recorded!!

Problem: I need to either get the game for PC or get a capture card.

Option A: PC. Preferably the easiest method, and apparently the game is available for the PC. Problem is finding it. It's a fairly dated game by now so it's not that easy to find and it's not available on Steam. I also don't want to pirate it. If anybody has a copy of it that they're willing to part with, I'd be happy to buy it off you at a reasonable price.

Option B: Play it off the Xbox 360 and use a capture card. Problem: I don't know where to get a capture card or how to use one. If somebody could instruct me on both if "Option A" is impossible, I will love you forever. Hell, I may ask for help here anyways just to open my horizons in the future.

So help me Furry-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope!!!

http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-COND/condemned-criminal-origins  found this just doing a google search.  I can not vouch for it though but there it is.  Also, I found this game to be funny, not scary.  Then again the sight of someone getting their skull bashed in with gore spraying everywhere makes me laugh so much.  I have had to leave movie theatres a couple times.
