I got it on CD and (I am not positive if it need it but I think it did) a CD key. And I am not using the CD any more.

I've still gotta get around to playing the first two. I picked up a whole bunch of games in the Steam sale in 2008 (yes, the Christmas BEFORE this past one) that I haven't quite gotten around to playing.
