Well that isn't all true, when people check and see all the new posts on the forums they will still see your post. It was not deleted, just merged.

He posted a pic of Link from Ledgend of Zelda.  Link is a fully dressed adult in the pic.  The subject was: "This is an adult link.  You have been warned."  The post was merged with /b/ therefore breaking the joke, as nobody looks at post subjects.

I would be pissed too if that happened to my joke.  That is far from excellence, that is ignorance.

I would say the mods should work on communication.  The forum may be organized, but I see so many cases of people's stuff being moved without being told, only to lose their posting entirely.

There's no need for a separate thread for every new joke on the forums.  It was appropriately moved.
