I have a room for rent - Surrey (near Skytrain)

First off: I am a new fur and hope to build my fur-contacts.
I have a three bedroom apartment (third Floor). The recent exodus of my bf (of 3 years) has left me with a few bills and really need the help. The building is a no pet building but allows birds (of which I have a few) so you must be at least - bird friendly. The building is quiet (no drugs / loud parties) and is a 10 minute walk to Skytrain. I am only asking for $450 / month. We share living space, kitchen and bathroom. Shared responsibilities would be cleaning and cooking. We can make arrangements with food sharing if that is what works for you. I am hoping to have someone who wants to stick around more than a month or two, employed, stable, sane and is open to fostering a friendship outta this. The room is nicely furnished.
