Hello everybody im curious what everybody is up to for Christmas day! I lost my family last year due to health problems so christmas is just another day for me , but i love to go skiing on it! And shopping on boxing day for myself and friends lol

what about everybody else?

Blue

I'm flying to Montreal to spend it with my family - I haven't seen them since Easter, so it will be a great time :)
We go to dinner and the movies on xmas Eve, and in the morning open all the presents, go to church, then go to a family's house (it rotates every year between 4 houses) and have the big family dinner... can't wait!
Your wish is mine to twist.

Cross

i have to work. if anyone wants to visit me i'll be selling tickets at the kelowna greyhound. again.  :birdy:

Kell

There shall be four key parts to my Christmas day.

Family

Turkey

Eggnog

Rum

What more could you possibly need for a great great day?

On a side note, the McDonald's Eggnog milkshake is the most sinfully good thing ever, it sounds like an abomination but... oh god, so good... (a little 151 in there takes it from unbelievable to life changing.)

Lance

It's my mum's turn to have us over for Christmas day but my sister is going to Vernon so it is going to just be me and Mum. It will be a nice relaxed event. I'll be busy eating yummy foods and maybe getting into some baileys *grin*. Maybe I'll work on some drawing too ^^

Or all that could change if I'm lucky enough to find that special someone before Christmas... *blush*

My mother's hosting the annual "Christmas Dinner with the Family."
It's always an event to remember, every relative shows up half cut.  :P

I don't talk to my mother, step-father or sister... and consequently my son as he is being raised by my parents. Not that he knows he is my kid anyway. Or maybe even that I exist.

My grandma is staying on the mainland for Christmas and I haven't seen my bio-dad for over 10 years.

Christmas is just another day for me too and I will be sitting on my butt at the computer... possibly drawing, reading fanfictions and playing Bejeweled Blitz on FaceBook.

There are 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those that don't.

Same thing I've been doing for a few years now:

Get up early with the kids

Do stockings

"Force" them to eat something

Do presents

Organize chaos

Travel to inlaws

More presents

Food

Home

Die of exhaustion

....

then get up the next day and do more of the same!

Sairys

dinner christmas-day with family along with opening gifts in the morning. Also normally allowed to open one small gift the night of christmas-eve

Probably doodly-squat. My family is in another province (and there's not many of them left-- just my father and siblings), and I'm not even sure if I can see my wife for the holidays.

Remind me again why this season is festive?

(Edit: And yes, I am awake at 2:02 AM. I'm currently hashing through some camera setup. Pleh.)
