hehe, it's a bit more than food safety =p

The report I'm writing right now is about the chemical and enzymatic determination of total sugar content or D-Glucose/D-Fructose in fruit puree.  And we don't even get to eat the puree.
Well, you can, but I guess you'd get sick, lol.

I really dislike profs who disregard the workloads of the students and assume that they aren't taking any other course =/

Oh well.. 1 down, 4 more to go.
