Looking for room mate in Surrey, immediate start

Anyone needing to move either right away, or by the end of the month?

I'm going to see if I can get a place next door to Guildford again. Rent itself for you will be $300/month or just slightly above. Hydo will be split 50/50. Small pets are ok or must be ok with pets at least as I do have a couple of my own. You buy your own food. I don't mind occasionally sharing, both persons must pitch in. It till be a one bedroom suite but it does have a rather large front room. Right now I'm just waiting to hear back from the management to let me know if they'll have a place available.

They just got back to me on things, they do have places available right away or at the end of the month.

Update:

I have one possible room mate, but there is a good chance that they may end up going else where. Unless if I hear otherwise.

I have applied for one place already in Guildford, still looking at $695 for the suite. Next door to Guildford, buses (less than 10minutes to skytrain, frequent buses all day long), pool, small pets are accepted (deposit required). Includes heat/hotwater.

i may need a roommate for end of october or a place to move to. preferably a roommate to come to my place =/ i had plans to move to vancouver island but things might have been rattled so it may not happen. i'll have to see in the next couple days

I sent you a PM as well as email. Let me know as soon as you can, I was kind of hoping to find something by the end of today so I can make plans. Friend has offered the use of a rental truck that he has for this Friday morning.
