i just drink it when I make tuna sammiches ...hate to see all those nutrients go to waste

lot's of nasty disgusting food is good for you ....take the gross st. yves fake meat products ...very healthy ...but taste like shit

I second the indignation at spam! My family and I had to live on that stuff when I was little because my father was on strike with some section of the government. 101 ways to make Spam. Except we had to buy Prem, the cheap knockoff, cause well you know. Spam/Prem/whatever you want to call it and Kraft Dinner is actually not a bad meal, taste wise. Absolutely atrocious amounts of salt in it though.

Oh, and to whitewolfy88: I'll do you one better. I drank the water from a can of oysters, which is about three times the size of a can of tuna. Won $45 on a bet doing it too. Yeah high school. :) I don't drink the tuna water, but I do give it to my cat. He likes it.
