pumpkin recipes PLEASE

Ok so I'm not too sure if I'm posting in the right area or not but here goes anyway.

So pumpkins are out and I grabbed one for the seeds. i just got everything cleaned and cut up into chunks and It occurred to me that i have never tried to use the meat for anything. So I now am on a hunt for ideas and recipes for what to do with all this pumpkin meat.

any suggesting ? or awesome recipes ? please share ! I only know how to make awesome roasted pumpkin seeds.

I would LOVE a great recipe for pumpkin cookies or pie. or even a cake ?

my grandmother has a recipe for the best pumpkin muffins i've ever had. well the only ones. but they were still some damn good muffins, 2nd to blueberry imo. i can copy the recipe down here later, but it too late right now.   :-3
