Plumber Anyone?

I know this is out there but before my grandmother calls in a plumber who is going to charge her an arm and a leg I wanted to know if there are any Furries out there that are plumbers who could use some extra cash.

It doesnt have to be during business hours at all. Can be done anytime.

The issue is the hot water runs the entire time and taps do not turn it off. So it has to be shut off by the main valve on the hot water tank.

She's older and just bought the trailer and so is strapped for cash. But needs this done.

Mediar and I will spring for Coffee or a Beer.

I'm a Plumber. what's the issue other than needing to turn off the water?

The two issues I see are:

1) The hot water tap/knob on the bath tub is stuck in the open position and will not close. The whole thing will spin back and forth by about 45degrees. This makes it so we have to turn off the hot water from the water heater.

2) The general water pressure is low through out the whole trailer, not sure if that can be helped or not.
