Anyone who says that furries do not have orgies haven't been paying much attention to the media, or most tv shows.  It's on CSI, and 99 ways to die.

Whoever it is that said a true furry has orgies either became a furry through these shows, or isn't really a furry, but a troll posing as one.  Any true *edjucated* furry knows that these facts are what gave furries a bad name in the first place, and these things need to be kept out of the media as much as possible.

Except that the media has already propagated this kind of shit to the point where we have new furs coming in here and asking if it's real or not. Hell, it's been propagated so much that people are joining the fandom BECAUSE they think this is what's involved. I agree with your point though. Any fur that's been around the community a bit should know this is not what we do. They are out there however, and the media might very well be to blame for some of it.

o.O we have mass matings? Im not even sure what to say on this topic mainly since its mostly covered already. I do know there is snuggle parties at conventions but they are 1on1 type of deal, but never become orgies. Now my opinion; kinda gross havin an mating orgy.

That is pretty strange indeed, I gotta chuckle at her trying to convince people that to be a "true" furry you gotta do that, it was people with that same attitude (in large groups mind you) that put me off of a good few other things. They gotta stop trying to turn everything into a religion  :roll:
