Well im new here (no duh ::) ) anyway. first off i want to say that im from the Burnaby region, and Im REALLY hoping to find other furs that i can meet in RL. so any help will be nice :) THANKS!

Oh excellent, a new fur. Welcome to the B.C. forums. I hope you didn't have trouble finding it. My furry friend, you have just stumbled across your best chance to meet some furs in real life. If your too excited to wait, come to the dinner meet tomorrow. I believe its at the red robins next to Metrotown Mall. The details should be somewhere else on the forum. Yay, gamers for the win X3. Also if your parents are like mine, you never know, they could just think of it as being a fad. Something to just ignore. Good luck with that. Easiest way to tell the 'rents is "I am a furry which translates too, I am interested in anthropomorphics where animals have human features or humans have animal features. It's a really creative interest." Then show them some really pretty clean art. After that, just say your hanging with other who like the same stuff. =^^=

This really is your lucky day. There are actually a few local furs who make suits themselves and I'm sure that if you ask you could have them make you one (for a price), or even make one yourself with their help. I know I've been told by Trappa that he will help furs build suits as long as they do the work. If you don't wanna go local and you have a lot of spending money then search around the internet. There are quite a few professional fursuit makers with amazing unique styles and techniques.
