The name's Daryll. Consider me a human in the furry world. I am a guy from Alberta, attending school at VCC to get myself certified in Asian Culinary.There is NOTHING like this course in Alberta. I cannot wait until I can meet s'more of you!

Hi there DARRYL. Just enjoyed your century egg post in YUM/YUCK, now I see why you know so much about asian cooking.

I'm sure we'll have a lot to talk about, as I'm a devoted cook too.  I'm essentially a vegetarian, don't cook with eggs too much,
but use a lot of dairy. 
Have you guys preserved a duck egg as part of your curriculum?

Heee'. I love preserved duck eggs. They are actually a bit tangy. The only thing undesirable is the yolk, which is chalky. But, that's where the flavour is~~~
