THIS is what I hate...

Checking my cellphone bill today to see that someone is jerking around with the tax system! I know an excuse could be "well they are just prepping for july and I bet it will change by then" But I still see that as just robbery. It shouldn't even be legal to do that. So its either Rogers screwing me over for a cell service that's about as reliable a a car running on 3 cylinders or this is more of the same we have come to expect from our current government...

You saved $1.26 on your GST and $1.75 on your PST... which comes to a total of $3.01, which is how much your paid for your HST.  :P

I think they were charging GST and PST up to a certain point in the month, and then had to charge HST (rather than both GST and PST) on whatever charges were added to your cellphone bill during the remainder of the month.

:-X Ironically I had a good fur friend of mine explain that to me this morning too O.=.o Apparently a lot of people like myself never knew that it was going to be implemented in that strange way.

What irks me are people who blame their personal crap on their friends.  Like WTF?! >:(  Would you tell your friend that in order to keep the friendship they would have to kick one of their other friends to the curb?  The things I have heard make me want to distribute a good swift kick to the nuts.

I would like to complain about complainers.

FFS, we all live in in a first world country.  We have medicare, we all have shelter and food on a regular basis, and if you're reading this, internet access as well.  I think in the grand scheme of things, we all won the cosmic lottery are are fuckin' lucky to be where where we are, and have nothing to complain about compared to most folk.

You complain about transit?  We have transit.  You complain about governments?  We have a stable government.  You complain about your job?  You're employed

Save up some money and travel to a third world county.  Then come back here and try and complain about your trivial issues with a straight face, I dare you.  This thread may have been good natured, but it leaves a serious bad taste in my mouth.

Univaded_Fox

Remember Stardust, the last roller rink in the region?  Remember how it closed and was turned into Liquidation World?  Well, it's a Roller Rink again.  Great!  Why didn't you just leave it alone? AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!

Been to Ethiopia.  Yeah, it's bad.  Stuff here is bad too, just in a different sense.  I can stand here with a straight face and say that things in this province suck.  It sucks because we let it get that way.  There.  Dare accomplished.  ;D

Why does there have to be meaning to it?
There are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary and those who don't

... that one is expected to defend one's complaint on Things to complain about

complaining isn't a science or religion.. it's an expressive art form, a chance to let out some steam, for a moment at least

People who pull into the parking lane at stoplights when no one's turning left and they can see that there are cars parked in that lane on the other side, just so they can get around a few people.

Also people who, when stopped at a red light, start creeping forward before the light has turned green as though the strain of waiting is killing them.

In addition to this, people who stop with their car completely over the crosswalk, when people are crossing, causing them to have to walk into traffic to get across the street.  These people, I want to walk over their hoods, stomping dents in the entire way.

"I'm staying in the cross walk, not my fault you're in it."

Cat, I suggest that you never live in New York City if you want to stay sane.

Lol  I wouldn't even consider visiting there unless I had a limousine escorting me around the city.
