... okay, that didn't come out right at all. Anyhow...

Been holding off on talking about this just to be safe, but the contract's signed, so I guess I can gush a bit...

One of my stories will be appearing in "Heat" #7, from Sofawolf Press! The magazine will be released (far as I know) at Anthrocon this summer.

I actually got the acceptance letter a few months ago, but I didn't want to jinx it by going off too much. This is my first paid fiction sale, and my first in a printed magazine - I had a (much longer - nearly 40,000 words compared to this one being under 6500) piece called Blood Bonds (here on FA) published in ANTHRO online a couple years ago, but it wasn't paid.

So yeah, happy kitsune. Buy copies at AC!  :birdy:
