Breeding with other species. If you wanted to have a child, you'd have to be with your own species (Breed doesn't matter though).

And even if you had a kid that was successfully made and born, it would either have problems or it wouldn't be able to breed.

If humans haven't been able to have children with animals, the same thing goes with the animals.

If breeding with different species was possible, we'd have some pretty messed up animals.

If you were to have hooves like my unfortunate fursona, you couldn't play instruments or hold onto anything. And having horse shoes nailed into your feet wouldn't be fun either. But hey, it keeps the feet looking nice and not destroyed by rocks and concrete! We'd be wearing our shoes 24/7!

I think my only downfall would sheerly be my own bulky size and my large appendages (long tail and big wings) I wouldn't be able to really move about like I wished.

The horns, the spikes and the plating I could all deal with, and scales would be too easy to clean ^.=.^ *gets out the turtle wax*

Personally I'd say Molting/Shedding... I mean can you imagine leaving your hairs all over the place? and what if someone had an allergy to you like some humans have to felines? 

Although I think with dragon Scales... that actually gets to be kinda valueable if you an make armor out of it XD

I don't think having shoes nailed to your hooves would hurt more than it would to change an ear piercing, or trim your nails.

Additonally, it may be more practical for hoofers to have shoes made.  They'd make great construction workers provided the forehooves were useable as the opposing thumb hands humans have.

Dragons and other winged types would probably be more concered with flying than sa skateboarding, seeing as the wuld have that advantage over us non-winged types.

And your tail won't get caught in the door if you face it to close it.  Automatic sliding doors like elevators and stuff would be to watch for.  Just turn around.  And don't pull a momma Dinosaur and send stuff flying every time you turn around, mmkay? :P

That reminds me...

My sister used to know a horse racer that used to give her horse a can of beer before every race.  It was a tradition.

She would set the can down somewhere near the horse, the horse would pick it up with his lips, crack it open with his teeth, guzzle the whole can, and put it down.  The can wouldn't even have a scratch on it.

Just some drool and foam. :P

worms, rabies, parvo and panleukimia! Do you have any idea how many different illnesses there are out there that only animals seem to lack immunity to? You'd have to live in a bubble and eat nothing but sterile disinfected freeze dried food! :( Imagine the wet-tail epidemic among anthro hamsters. It would be awful
