Board Suggestions

[RainRat]

Let me know if you have opinions on any of these suggestions:

-Do we need both "Forum Updates" and "Forum News"?

-Should "Fraser Valley Events" be merged into "Lower Mainland Events", "Other BC Events", or not changed?

-Do we need a Furry Housing board, or should those posts in the General Board be moved to Buy/Sell/Trade?

My vote is "Forum updates" is put into "Forum News" and I guess since it seems there are hardly any meets specific to Fraser Valley then I guess making that area a part of the lower mainland makes sense. House seems to be a constant topic going around so it could be a maybe. Up to you guys I guess.

I think Updates and News could be merged. However, I think Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley should stay as separate boards, especially since Lower Mainland is a pretty high-volume board.

what i was thinking is finally doing sub-boards (Child boards) organizing all the Permanent events for viewing without losing it so we can keep them all in the proper areas.

and i think we should merge news and such, however that said it x)

Well, the thing with splitting them up that much, is that there'd only be one active thread on each board. (And we'd have to keep changing the board layout for new/renamed/defunct events). I think an Archived Events sub-board for each board would be good for keeping people's attention on the current events.

actually no, all these are within this board to keep them all organized, That means moving all the right events to the right places, and since there is a list piling up and more events, we should be making the main events and puting them into thier own Sub-boards which are clickable from just underneath the main board that holds them.

How about breaking up the "rest of bc" area into child boards for each region of BC?  It'll make it easier to find things in your area rather than having to skim through all the lower region stuff to try to find something up north.

i agree, though Rat and others werent even planning it EVER

because rat has different plans, i wanted to do somthing like your asking when i was admin but was denied by RainRat, so yea. its a no-go because he likes to do his "own" thing.

i have the right to complain since i was trying to organize the forum "properly"

i just just saying because i was bitter, i was in the middle of re-organizing like rainrat wanted but other people wanted different things, i Cant accomodate everyone, im not a fucking genie, i cannot grant all your god damn wishes. Anywho this forum is a mess, also RF PoA is going against bcfurries for using the following :

-Adminstrator badge
-Master GFX Artist badge
-Moderator badge

please remove immediately, i will give rainrat new ones as replacement. the ones i stuck up were to get an approximate adjustment of what i was going to do for bcfurries before the whole escapade and were not supposed to be up longer than 4 days.

P.S Most of you were rude when explaining what you wanted so i would not grant it, i know most of you are bitter towards me for saying no to you for most things, and for Giving warnings (Which i was in my rights) i know a few people threatened me, only 2 people i had major conflicts with on the forum as my time of administration.

(acco the world doesnt revolve around you so shut up on this topic, people arent impressed with you lately either)
