Looking for a new place to live come the end of August ^..^

im looking for anyone who needs a room mate at the end of august, i am capable of paying 500 a month plus utilities if needed : ) but if its lower price that's also fine to hehe. Some benefits of having me as a roomie, i clean when im stressed, free legal advice if needed, i have been told my cooking is awesome even though i don't think it is.  i would prefer somewhere close to a skytrain station but it is fine. i dont mind if their is no on site laundry i can always go to a luandrymat i dont mind if theirs no internet, i can always bring in internet and pay for it if  the other house mates would prefer it,
