Looking for room to rent (Soon/August/September)

Hellos everyone.

I just signed up to this group today but I intend to stick around for a long time. I have been chatting with members in the telegram group and have been having a great time.

My name is Allen, I am 23 and I will be moving to BC from Alberta this August or September but I don't really know anyone there. I'm looking for a place that is in a good location, close to public transportation and various businesses. I would really like to have roommates that are furry friendly as I have found that I am drawn to furries and the fandom, it's one of those things that just make me feel super comfortable and happy.

I don't smoke weed but I have no problem living with and being around people who do. I don't really drink either, there's some times that I will have a beer or two but I am not much of a drinker but again, I have no issue with people who do.

I don't own a vehicle, so public transportation accessible locations is a must for me unfortunately.

I'm a very mellow / mature person that has an inner child that does show through my personality but not in a annoying way I hope! I don't really get angry unless it's something really, really serious. Otherwise I'm very level headed and hard to get angry. I'm also a neat person, I clean up after myself and make sure my hygiene is always good.

I can give some references of people I have lived with in the past but it has been mostly family.

I know it's still really early to be posting something like this because I know August and September are still a ways off and I am new to this group but I wanted to get my post up ahead of time to have the greatest chances of someone seeing me and considering me for a roomy.

Iif you're interested, here's a link! Also, Surrey transit is awesome, you can get all over Vancouver and Poco and whatever, bus stop is a 2min walk. :)
