Hi Everyone. I'm new to the Furry Side of life and joined the forums to learn more about it, i have a few friends who are really into it and really enjoy it, so i'm eager to learn more and maybe make some new friend. i recently moved out to the Fraser valley so i'm looking for new friends to hang out with, maybe catch a movie, go bowling, or have a meet up at castle fun park :)

Greetings and welcome to the forums and furry life :)
Where a bout's are you in the Valley? have you checked the calendar? It's a good way of finding meet-ups and events.

I'm out in Chilliwack, I've been Creeping the Event board and calendar, trying to find meets i can attend.

Castle Fun Park is pretty awesome. Sounds like a good place to get things started!

Welcome to BCFurries, hope you enjoy your stay and find what you are looking for!   ;D
I am but a blade in the crowd.

I have seen what comes of those who raise themselves above others.

Welcome!

I'm just over in Mission, myself, and there's a group of furs in Abbotsford who, for whatever reason, tend to prefer Facebook (ew, I know D;).  We tend to hold meets every couple months - I'm actually hoping to have a bit of a LAN party specific one for some good old fashioned computer gaming at my place potentially in the next month or two (http://www.bcfurries.com/forum/index.php?topic=11026.0).

Keep an eye on the Lower Mainland Events board as well as the Calendar.  There's definitely a couple furs who are more out your way at that end of the valley, but if you have transportation, I think the bulk of events tend to fall between Burnaby and Abbotsford.

CampFur in June is just a bunny hop away from you, just north of Hope
Biting is excellent;  it's like kissing, only there is a winner.

Hello and welcome!

Not sure if there are any commonly-occuring events in Chilliwack, but I wouldn't be the one to ask as I've only been to two meets myself. It would suck trying to get to them without driving. I'm lucky to have a fluffy little skunk to take me. ;D

Hello and welcome :)

I occasionally travel out to Chilliwack. They do have transit service out there now which is nice :) Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet you at some point.

im from Chilliwack, but live in surrey now, but I visit often, and I know there are a few furs out that way. I might go to Campfur, but have some other trips that month that might interfere :(
