QuoteI've always wanted to go on a hike with other furs, just a hike, y'know, for fun. Just get out the door, promote physical fitness, get rid of stress and have social interaction. I like the idea. Perhaps we could all pick an area or a trail that we would like to try, maybe it could be a monthly thing, who knows. Just an idea

IM UP FOR THIS! LETS DO EETTTT

As the weather is getting nicer walks is definitely a good idea. Buntzen Lake area has a series of nice walks, been there with a few furries a while back.

When working out and get in shape it is best to take small steps and build up. While using a treadmill, start running or jogging on it for 5 minutes every day for one week. The following week expand it to 10 minutes. Ppakky's chart displays that very well.

I think running is for people who are just plain wrong in the head.
You run towards things for short distances, like catching a bus, or away from things, mostly when in danger.

Young Samurai, I say climb.

I know I have brought up the Grouse Grind before, and I will do so again:
as soon as it opens, count me in, should you want a masochism buddy.

I would love that. SERIOUSLY! Nobody has wanted to with me, especially when it's very hot or cold.

Get a pair of hikers ready, Young Samurai, because The Grind is scheduled to reopen for the season
May 1st (this weekend!)

Biting is excellent;  it's like kissing, only there is a winner.
