Clean Room Mate looking for Housing in Lower Mainland

Currently looking for a place to stay come April 1st (or slightly earlier).  I'm in the process of moving down from the Yukon, and I've acquired a job at EA and have a temporary location to stay but I need to find a new place to move into.

I'm a person who enjoys a clean house, and doesn't mind splitting chores (dishes, cleaning toilets/showers/floors ect) and would prefer room mates who also like a clean place.

Hobbies : usually include drawing/dancing/gaming.  Anything like a little space to dance in would be great to practice, no big deal if not.  Enough space to have my computer in my room so I can draw privatly is appreciated, and I do most of my gaming on PC.

Allergies : I have an allergy to cats so I cannot live in a place that has a cat sadly.

P.S. Just about to graduate Game Art and Design at AIV. Would love a connection inside EA for their next round of hiring, I've had to settle for trying to find unskilled labor in the meantime :C

25th might be cutting it a little close for me as I arrive in Vancouver come the 21st.  I got a place to crash but looking for a place to pick up during a work week as well I dont think I could manage.
