Bunch of stuff, Photoshop, dreamweaver (text editor only) and WordPress mostly.  I'll apply the design to a WordPress theme and you get a content management system to easily update the page

I go with Blender, GIMP, and Drupal, but I only know like the basics of the basics of coding so I can't make themes.

It's an open source 3d animation suite. It's the foxes tail.

I googled it last night...Looks pretty awesome.  Is it simple to use?  I remember using something in high school and failed epically as I can't draw lol.  I may give this a try and see how I do.  Maybe I can find some tutorials

I wouldn't exactly say it's easy. People usually get hung up on the interface but if you can wrap your head around it it's actually a faster workflow than you can get on commercial programs.
I still can't draw worth crap but I'm not bad in blender
