wow, this was in my head the other day but i couldnt for the life remember what it was from. the cyril sneer guy. i dont remember this context for the cartoon at all. im mixing it together with mighty mouse and snorks i think. it was on when i was little but im 13 years older than you, lol.

cyril sneer hated lumber and wanted to profit off of all the animals in the forests homes by cutting them down but always got stopped I'm pretty sure.

I hope they fix the floppy-penis-noses though. Never did like that. Was always "dude. Your nose looks like a floppy penis. Get plastic surgery."

what if they decided to make their noses more phallic shaped, and make them sneeze allot.

Then I'd still like the raccoons with normal noses better. Nosepenises are weird.
