Looking for a room-mate

I am looking for a furry that is responsible and not a drama-llama. I want to find a place to move into, and would prefer to start out with a room-mate so that we can save money by going in on a 2 bedroom place.
I am looking for a place that is within walking distance to the millennium line (so in new west, burnaby or vancouver) by 5-10 minutes max. I'm a responsible, clean room-mate. I work weekdays, so I'm usually in bed between 9-10 from sunday to thursday. Looking for someone who is 420-friendly and preferably has no pets. I am pretty easy-going. I like to host parties/events on occasion, as well, so a social fur would be preferred.
