Heya its jaxhusky,
Just posting this to see if there are any available rooms within vancouver area,
Something has come up and im hoping to move by sept 1st, but worst would be sept 30th.
Everyone is getting das boot, and i dont blame for the desision that was made as the head tendant needs personal space. i understand that..

But i could have the money for rent but dont wanna move to far as, i kinda have to still go to college so cant move ridiculously far..

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Your lovable flmaboyant husky husk

sniffum is looking i believe, and i think honey may be, though i cant speak for anyone, but should not be to hard to find roommates. having a job, and having to deal with long transit is always an issue when finding roommates, i know ive been renting to people for over 3 years. from the bottom of my heart, i wish you good luck in your endevors.
here is an add i found that may be of interest to you.

Craigslist Vancouver has a lot of crap on it but a few legitimate great places too worth sorting through the crap for, beware of scams. like looking for jobs, the best idea is to check daily, and contact/see immediately, never give money without signing a lease and get a landlord tenant act to sign to protect yourself.

Yeap. Craigslist is probably the best place to look for housing. When I got a job in Kent WA last october I had two weeks to find a place to live in western washington. Found a shared house with a room needing to be rented out right away and the place has worked for me for 11 months now. Just be wary of scams as always.

Hey furries, how many fur houses have you found on craigslist?  I think that's what he was asking for.

Also, arguably, given your line of work, I'm not sure Sniffum would want to room with you. Just my 2cp on the matter.

I dont see how she would have a problem about my job? working at a horse track shouldbt be a problem except i may come home smelling like horses LOL

As long as the roomie is able to pay rent on time then I don't have a problem with where they work. It's not like we have to talk about it either. More less the requirements are : Must have job or source of imcome, must be clean and respectable.

I will be the soul person raising my child not my roomie so there shouldn't be a problem anywhere that I can see with the set up.

The thing is I don't know anyone that can live with me for longer then a year lol I'm loud and can be lazy at times.

Same goes for me. Although I won't be able to room up with anybody until I can manage out a schedule of work and school. But I do have to keep open in case my mom decides to just randomly kick me out, then I'm in a bad situation because I won't have anywhere to go, if I do luckily find a place, I doubt that I'll have a job so I won't be able to pay for like rent and stuff. And I, too can be loud and lazy at times but I also do help out around a lot. Also keep in mind though, I've got two feline mouths to feed and I don't plan too at anytime give them up or separate with them. And not to be high maintenance or a nuisance or anything but I was also kind of looking forward to buying myself a little canine buddy because I've never had one before and I really want one, so it's gonna be extra hard for me to find a place that allows pets and roommates that don't have allergies to any of them.
