Hey guys,

I've got an "accepted offer" on a condo across the street from Coquitlam Ctr (yays!), and am looking for one or two roommates.  The deal is still tentative of course, but if anyone needs a room send me a note and I can send more details and arrange a meeting.

The condo has 2 bedrooms + a huge, windowless den.  30th floor, almost brand new, east view to Mt Baker, yadda yadda yadda, it's just awesome, k? :)

The bedroom will rent for about $500/mo.  I may or may not be able to rent out the den, but if someone's interested let me know (probably $300/mo).

I really enjoy my peace and quiet at home.  If you like to throw lots of parties, this isn't the place for you.  I like to socialize and it's fine to have friends by once in a while of course :)  But basically I'm looking for quiet roommates who generally stick to themselves as well.  And you must be clean >.<

Available early October (if everything goes smoothly).

Note me if interested.

Hey im pretty interested, but as per all the others, got a couple inquiries:

1. Pets Allowed?
2. if so, is an Akita ok?
3. Thats $500 with utilities or before?
4. I dont like to throw parties, is that ok? (haha)
5. If all of the above is good, would Oct 15th be acceptable?
All i want in life... is life.

PPFFT; hahaha Okay THAT was cheesy.

1&2. Cheat sheet says: "Pets are allowed with restrictions."  Probably would be OK, but I won't know for sure for about a week.  It's OK with me if it's OK with the bldng.
3. I haven't decided yet :)  Includes hot water for sure, but not Electricity/TV/Internet.  I don't personally have TV but if you wanted I would be willing to split basic cable.  I have Shaw internet, and electricity is pretty cheap.  Also can split the land line if you want, so it depends what you need too.
4. Mmm... sure.
5. If everything works out, I get the keys on the 6th, so yes the 15th should be fine.  There may be restrictions on exactly what day you can move in, dunno yet.

if by restrictions you mean "later than the 15th" thats perfectly ok, the place im living with right now dont actually WANT me to leave XD
If its before, im going to have ALOT of difficulties coming up with the proper rent.

I dont have the Akita yet, im looking to adopt one thats still in the puppy phase, im reaally really looking for a place that will, after 9+ years of searching, allow me to have pets again.
Just please rest assure to the guy that all necessary precautions, preparation, and separate damage deposit will be available before any action is taken. Im beginning to think lately that im getting rejected from the idea of all these potential places because they think im young and stupid enough to let problems happen with no action before and after :\

I'm interested in the den. very interested, in fact. I'll have to wait until next month to collect my PWD funds though...

I live in the Coquitlam area - I'd like to check it out sometime this week - my number is (604)562-1713, so give me a call!
I understand that scissors can beat paper, and I get how rock can beat scissors, but there's no way paper can beat rock. Paper is supposed to magically wrap around rock, leaving it immobile? Why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why aren't sheets of college ruled notebook paper constantly suffocating students as they attempt to take notes in class? I'll tell you why, because paper can't beat anybody; a rock would tear it up in two seconds. When I play Rock-Paper-Scissors, I always choose rock. Then, when somebody claims to have beaten me with their paper, I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist, and say, "Oh sorry, I thought paper would protect you."

Roomie lost her job and ditched :(  So the room is available again.   If anyone's interested, gimme a shout!

I'd be willing to rent out the den, if that is ok. That'll allow me a little more freedom in budgeting. I'll have to see the place first. My number is 604-970-1254. Text me.
