Figured I'd introduce myself to the board, though some of you already know me.

I'm a mink-identified ( :) ) 29-year-old IT guy who's been around the local furry scene for about as long as there's been one (dating back to the VancouFur meets in the 1995-1996 timeframe; I've been in the fandom since 1994), and used to spend quite a lot of time hanging out with vfur - my girlfriend and I still drop in on meets now and then and we've been to a couple of the cheesecake meets in Surrey. Missed last month's, though, due to a bit of a senior moment on my part regarding which day it was on.

Online, I hang around Tapestries (primarily as Dietrich and Dimanche), SL (as Dimanche Prior), and WoW (primarily as Fanae, Horde on the Silver Hand server). I've been a little out of the loop for a while so figured I'd drop by and chat with people a bit. As for hobbies, I'm into online gaming, cooking, fountain pens, hiking, skiing, reading, music, photography, abusing parentheses and semicolons, and no doubt a few other things that I've neglected to mention. I'm also trying to get myself into doing some furry writing, which is going, uh, slowly.

Also planning to be at RainFurrest this year since we've missed the other couple, and we'll definitely be at AFF in May.

I imagine we've probably been at the same meet at some point, but I don't think we've properly met, no. Usually if I'm at a meet I'll be with Katherine, who's the small short-dark-haired girl with glasses (I think she's easier to unambiguously describe than I am. =) ) I may drop in on the meet tomorrow if it ends up being at Marzipan's, though I don't know if she'll be with me.

I have a tendency to come in, go "ack!" at how many people there are, and find a quiet place to hang out for a while. And yeah, I've definitely seen you around too, I just don't think we've been properly introduced.
