Drake has been put into a new grouping `on-call forum assistance` a new specialized area for on-call people for assistance when the forum needs somthing beyond admin and modertaor like Coding.

Thanks...kinda woulda been better if you asked Omanashi, but I woulda likely have said yes anyway.

I hope to maintain things pretty much as they have been but if anyone has issues please do talk to me. We're only as strong and shiny as all of us as community puts into this.
