Does anyone know where I can get inexpensive men's dress shoes in Vancouver that are NOT ugly/expensive?

second hand store or Value village?

If your on the small side look at Value Village or a second hand store like Duffy said, especially in Richmond. There's also Winners for every other size as well. What size roughly are your feet though, that generally helps when looking.
