Roommate needed for Feb 1st Kamloops

Hello there I am looking for somebody who has a full time job, or student to rent a room in a townhouse with me and my best friend, fur/gay friendly. We are pretty much nerds who enjoy playing all sorts of games from tabletop to video.

The rent is 575 but includes everything. The house is 3 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms 3 floors with our own laundry, the rec room we've set up downstairs the middle living room is a bit bare at the moment since I just purchased a new 55 inch 3D smart tv to have some fun with in the new rec room. We love watching movies and socializing/going out. Internet is the fastest you can get in kamloops :P which i know is important to some people lol

We would prefer somebody who isn't a shut in and enjoys hanging out. I work as a Community Support worker, roomie works at a tire place so we are kept pretty busy. I enjoy cooking and if you want to chip in for the basics with me and my friend we shop at costo once to twice a month I make dinner every night and we have some home style dining on my big dinner table and chat about what's going on. I also take time to make dinners on night's that I'm going to work so people can warm up leftovers.

We also have a bed for the room as well if you would like, if not it can be moved into our basement storage. If you are interested or have some questions let me know!
