Looking for Room/house share to rent up to $1,000 PM

Hello I'm looking for a possible room to rent or team with someone who is also looking for someone to rent with. I need somewhere up until December to rent or permanent if I team with someone to rent a new home via contract. I'm currently a guest in a friends house in Vancouver Rupert street nr joyce train station and would preferably like to rent within same area or Downtown Vancouver. I'm 34 yr old male self employed. a very laid back and friendly guy. there's tones about me in my profile  but either way would defiantly love to meet any who reply with an interest of living together first. :hug:

Kat looking to be re homed lol I'm extending my search places i would prefabaly like to live Vancouver, metro town, Burnaby, newwest, Richmond BUT i wouldn't mind  seeking new life out in more remote places to within the BC mountains and valleys as i original came from UK mountains. I'm open to all possibility for a new living environment and can go up to $1,000 CAD a month for the right place.

Oh just to add. I can give a few good references and only reason I'm looking for a new home is because i'm currently paying $400 a month to share a small room with one of the lads and i need space/room of my own for the longer run

dosnt sound to bad that one to apart from landlord above. would feel like im tip toeing around and keeping music n tv on supper low XD but i see its empty though so i'll be all alone  being new in Van i wona rent with someone or a house share so i has some company and people with knowledge of what's local etc
