Joomla Help

im using Joomla for my website and i need help to organize it in the proper manner, but i keep getting confused and frusterated with it.

whoever wants to help can help me please?  kinda before i decide to break somthing of value trying to figure this out xD.

I wish I could help, but I'm not familiar with Joomla at all.  My practice is to stay away from content management systems all together.  They make my brain hurt.  The only exception is WordPress, cuz its full of awsomeness.
