Anyone like to bake?

I love to bake, it's just too hot to do much of it lately. =P I tend to specialize in cookies, but I've done things like banana bread and similar before. Love to expand on that soon, I've got a KitchenAid stand mixer and know how to use it!

Can go wrong with banana bread or cookies, thats kool I have a black and decker hand mixer which I love!

I used to be a chef. I'm qualified NVQ and 2 Rosette Awarded. I can now make an Epic Cheese on Toast XD

Oh i cook everyday fish n meat etc for myself and the lads becouse if i didnt i'll be sufferning on Microwave food lol. I love cooking from scratch but unless your cooking for more than 2 can get expensive that's the only downside. was a pastry chef for a wile to in one of my jobs don't make deserts at home unless its an occasion so have forgotten most of the recopies. one of my faves was a Dark chocolet and raspberry ice cream terrine nom nom. You should cook me a a Giant Frying pan sized Cookie :P

I've dabled a little. Have made muffins, a few cakes and sometimes make cheesecake when I have the patience for it.

If I so did make these monster rainbow cookies (probably use M&M's so warning on nut allergies) would anyone buy them at $5 a cookie? Just curious lol
