I have to disagree Gizmo, while I'm not a regular at CampFur as I live on the island, the advertising in the VF con book reminded me to reg and make time for SurFur. That's 4 months ahead.

Utilize any and all advertising that you feel will hit your target audience, there is a reason companies utilize the lion's share of their budgets on advertising and marketing...It works.

Lots of early 2017 months available! We'd love to see some artists get their art up instead of a mostly full year of convention ads! :D

It can be drawings, painting, sculptures, photography, fursuits, etc! :D

Yup! As the first posts states:

"Banners MAY be visible longer then their reserved time period if no one has provided a banner for the month(s) after that reserved slot. Yay bonus time! "

So if someone provides something to me, lets say mid june, then Surfur will have been up an extra ~15 days, but i -will- put up new ones, even if i get them mid month. :) (As per the next listed item on the first post "If a month has not been claimed and has begun, if an artist wants to draw a last minute addition for that month and submit it, that is totally fine even if you have already reserved 2 months in the year!" This is for artists, not events, to do, since this is a community board and the point of the banners was to showcase artists work.)
