Looking for someone to go in on a place with by end of April/Mid May

Hey furs,
I'm looking for a change from my current place over near Lougheed Town Centre, and would like to find someone to go in on a new place with. As it stands now, my place is furnished by me, and that makes attracting a quality, mature roommate more difficult. So, I figure it would be fun to see about getting a new place with someone, and make it our own!

Ideally, I'd like to find someone who's mature, well-adjusted and who can be at least a little discreet about their furriness; I have a lot of non-fur friends and colleagues who might be around occasionally, so I'd like to find someone who doesn't decorate entirely with porny furry art. Someone with some experience living with others, who doesn't mind sharing domestic chores like vacuuming, cleaning, etc.

As for myself, I'm a pretty quiet professional. I work mon-fri, 9-5 in IT, I go to the gym, I spend a lot of time scuba diving and cycling, and I have a number of firearms. I mention the last because some people are uneasy with that, though I assure you they're all licensed, and locked up securely. Sometimes I play fiddle, mandolin and banjo.

I'm interested in looking at places either in New Westminster, Burquitlam or East Burnaby. If the price is right (And there are some out there from my looking) it'd be nice to get maybe a floor of a small house or something similar. I'd like to aim for $1200-1500 per month for the whole package. I've got almost all the furniture needed for a small place, but it'd be great to share as well; that would be something we could discuss.

Anyways, if anyone out there is interested, please let me know. The elevator in my building is going down at the beginning of June, so I kinda need to be out of there by then.

Alternatively, if I can't get anyone interested in the next month, I'm willing to stay here in this 2-bedroom place, provided someone doesn't mind being in a building without an elevator for 2 months while it's re-built. Its current rent is $1200 total for a 2-bedroom 800 square foot place with a fantastic view.
