Just wondering for planning purposes.

I like planning somewhat far ahead of myself, so in reality this might happen around September of 2015 if I can manage to get a lot of hours during the summer, or at least a second job perhaps.

What I am wondering is, if there are any pet friendly places that are reasonably affordable anywhere in the Abbotsford area, I am currently going to school at UFV there, and would like to be closer to make my commute better. I have one large dog and a cat, my dog does not like other dogs but my cat is very friendly.

I have looked at classifieds and internet postings on other sites to get a feel of the prices, but I am mainly curious if there are a lot of them, or if I am going to have to save up more for a down payment so that I can make sure it is pet friendly, though if I had to put down a down payment it wouldn't be in Abbotsford... Haha.

Any and all information would be super welcome, I am slightly on the fence about it, mainly because I don't know if I will go to school after my diploma is finished, but at the same time I would love to be closer to my mate.
